24hrgrind: First of Jay, you have been doing this for a while, can you give the folks some info from when you first got into mixtapes? and what really motivated you to take an interest in investing in the streets?
Jay: Well, my older brother (Mike) basically got me interested in mixtapes when I was younger. He’d give me them as presents at Christmas, but I’d never really heard of these things because I lived out in California and was a lot younger.
